The property itself is situated on a very quiet road, each property having adequate privacy. On approaching the property you notice it has both a pedestrian gate and double gates for vehicles. La Zenia is such a sought after location, ideally placed for easy access to fine restaurants, bars with live entertainment, excellent golf courses for the avid golfer and golden beaches for the sun worshipper or swimmer. For day trips out head north to the inland town of Elche famous for its palms or go south to the Mar Menor where the La Manga Club is located.

The historic city of Murcia is not far and here there are a couple of good shopping malls. If you want history, nearby Rojales and Orihuela have old towns and cave houses. Torrevieja is still very Spanish and has wonderful beaches and promenade just some of the interesting places to explore.
