We have several designs of villa to choose from and we work hand in hand with the architect and the client to ensure that all your requirements are met. It is possible for you to create and design your own villa, make rooms or windows larger adding bathrooms, utility rooms , double patio doors, under floor heating etc. The build time is approximately 12-14 months, this allows time for the design of the villa, obtaining the necessary building licences from the local council and the build itself.

You will not be expected to pay anything until you have chosen the plot and design of the villa and all has been agreed with a specifications list. Once the design has been agreed the architect will proceed to the project which is then presented to the local council for approval and subsequently issue the building licence.

Each stage of the build is paid in certifications through stage payments, for example structure and roof then brickwork and walls then rendering and finishing. Even though an off plan villa takes longer than purchasing a resale villa the end result is well worth the wait. The finished villa positioned on your chosen plot, your kitchen and bathrooms designed to your taste and specification.
