Firstly the build quality is in another league, no expense was spared, this was built as a Villa for life and for the enjoyment of the whole family, young and old, without losing anything.

The location is first class and the Villa stands proudly on over 2.5 acres of land and is centrally located so there is no concept of neighbors although there are one or two but it is a five minute drive car from the highly sought after town of Sax with its amazing infrastructure allowing you to be at Alicante airport in 35 minutes and a similar time to the beaches whilst being a town full of culture and good restaurants, bars and cafes.

The beautiful driveway leads you along the approach to the villa and then you see it and if a man's house is his castle then this is that castle. Stepping out of the car you won't easily know where to look first as the gardens and grounds are so beautiful and designed to be easily maintained. As he recovers, he discovers that this is the back of the villa and the front is even better, where he also finds a large modern fountain and a beautiful pool with a house to hide the pump and filter.

Staying on the grounds, you discover what looks like another house, much smaller thankfully, but a perfect little property for guests. We are always honest with our descriptions and the Guest House needs some work to make it the perfect Guest House, we estimate around 10,000 to bring it up to main house standards, but this would give you a self-contained "casita".

Also within the grounds is a very cute log cabin that was added for the grandkids as a play den when they were little, but could easily be a tool shed or anything else that catches their imagination. There are a number of animal outbuildings and the owner has pigeons and chickens and there are two spacious kennels.

We better go to the Main House as we get closer we see a huge deck that goes around two sides of the property and something I've never seen before an outside four poster bed on wheels which is amazing no honestly it's absolutely amazing, what a great touch, i know it sounds ridiculous but it just fits.

Through the patio doors and into the lounge/dining room with a beamed ceiling and staircase of the highest quality which is just as important as the impressive fireplace. There is currently a dining table and chairs for 12, which gives you an idea of the size of the room. Along a hallway is the fully fitted modern kitchen and towards the end of the hallway at the rear of the ground floor is a large double bedroom and bathroom so anyone who has difficulty with stairs will have a suite on the ground floor.
