How I wish my friends were next to me for a moment and could enjoy the view before me! Tonight I could have reached Verona but I would have missed out on a wonder of nature, an enchanting spectacle, Lake Garda: I didn't want to miss it, and I was magnificently rewarded for this diversion." On its banks Klimt, sitting on a low wooden stool, captured the essence of the lake and its homes, thus allowing the whole world to admire it. But we find its beauty in the divine comedy, in Virgil's Georgics and in many other works, because not only did the Habsburg court come to spend relaxing holiday periods, but it has always been a popular destination.

Riva del Garda is today an important tourist and trade fair station in the Province of Trento. With its two ports, it is an important center for the sports of sailing and windsurfing: it is the morning wind, the Pel r, and the Ora, the afternoon one, that guarantee suitable weather every day. The architecture of its buildings is influenced by the Scaliger domination first and then the Venetian one.

Bicycles are the best way to get around these places and today we too couldn't resist and started the visit planned for today, after a good coffee on the lakeside we cycle to the three bedrooms that caught your attention. Located on the third and top floor of a building with essential architecture, thanks to its exposure it enjoys the first morning sun and the kiss of the last rays of the evening.

It currently reflects the layout of the spaces conceived in eras and with needs different from the current ones, but with its two bathrooms with windows, the three large bedrooms, and not the ones with the legal minimum that are proposed now, it is certainly very interesting. The living area could be revised to recover the spaces of the corridors and thus obtain an open space, as in vogue today, bright and spacious overlooking the balcony.

The presence of both the garage and the parking space is important because life on the lake, in addition to bicycles, will make you want to do sport, and knowing where to keep the equipment is not a given while the proximity to the center and all the services will allow you to manage your time and needs easily.

While you are already starting to plan your new home, I will take this opportunity to respond to the call of the lake and what is more beautiful than the beach towards sunset, when the people retire and only the ducks share the swimming space with you.
