In the corridor there is also the second side entrance to the house which opens onto the outside veranda. The property is equipped on the ground floor with two large storerooms. The first located in front of the house consists of a large room where the water motor is located and the irrigation system for the orange grove. To the right of the house are two other large rooms, one with a typical brick oven and bathroom.

The other room was used as a room for hens and small farm animals. Finally, going up the stairs on the left side of the house, one reaches a large terrace with an open view of the surrounding countryside. Here there is a further room that could be used as a guest room.
