Pineta Is Morus is a private gated community characterized by Mediterranean pine woods, oleanders and other Mediterranean plants. The access to the complex is reserved only to the owners of the villas or to the residents. In Pienta Is Morus is the perfect place for your Sardinian Holiday, there is a very well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground.

During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court. The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer season is equipped by a kiosk and its possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snacks. Pineta Is Morus is served by a furnished market that opens every day and offers among others fresh products like bread, fruit, vegetable, milk, sweets, news paper and tobaccos.

Prices include towels and linen, also the changeover that we usually do on Saturday. Prices do not include, to be paid in loco, on the arrival date are Euro 150,00 for the final cleanings and Euro 400,00 for the deposit guarantee that will be returned on the departure date. The week that goes from August 13th to the 20th has to be sold with the previous or with the upcoming.

The stay tax is not included in the price, the amount of Euro 0.50 per person per night. Are exempt from the payment children up to 12 years old. The tax will not be applied from the 16th day for stays longer than 15 consecutive days without interruption.
