The stay tax is not included in the price, the amount of Euro 0.50 per person per night. Are exempt from the payment Children up to 12 years old. The tax will not be applied from the 16th day for stays longer than 15 consecutive days without interruption in the Santa Margherita di Pula Holidy House. The week of August 11th to 18th must be combined with the previous or the next.

Pineta Is Morus is a private complex characterized by Mediterranean pine woods, Mediterranean plants and oleanders.

The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the Holiday villas or to the residents. In the complex there is a well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground. During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court.

The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer Holiday is equipped by a kiosk and it is possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snacks. Pineta Is Morus is served by a furnished market that opens every day and offers other fresh products like bread, fruit, vegetable, milk, sweets, news paper and tobaccos.
