The stay tax is not included in the price, the amount is Euro 0.50 per person per night. The tax will not be applied from the 16th day for stays longer than 15 consecutive days without interruption in the Santa Margherita di Pula Holidy Houses. The week of August 11th to 18th must be combined with the previous or the next.

Pineta Is Morus is a private complex characterized by Mediterranean pine woods and other Mediterranean plants and oleanders.

The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the villas or to the residents. In the complex there is a very well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground. During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court.

The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer season is equipped by a kiosk and its possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snacks. Pineta Is Morus is served by a furnished market that opens every day and offers other fresh products like bread, fruit, vegetable, milk, sweets, news paper and tobaccos.
