It is perfectly possible to find a property in Spain for less than €150,000. But don’t just take my word for it. Here, I have handpicked some superb homes. The most affordable property is a two-bedroom townhouse in Murcia for €57,000. While we finish with a home with impressive mountain views in Girona for €1480,000.

If you’re unfamiliar, Costa Calma is a delightful resort town on the Spanish Canary Island of Fuerteventura, off the northwest coast of Africa. It is a popular spot for making a splash, windsurfing, and brooding around the African Market. This specific apartment benefits from two bedrooms, an office, a pantry and a patio.
