You really don’t need an eye-wateringly big budget to buy a beautiful home in Greece. Our Reader Survey 2024 showed that most are after a home for under €300,000. Fortunately, that budget opens a huge number of doors. You could transform the bones of an older home into the prettiest property on the island, settle into a country home surrounded by the mountains, or even ease into city life.
